(有些供貨商日韓仿單銷不好了,乾脆還把它們改貼歐美大牌.簡直是壞了一鍋粥的老鼠屎,又想禍害另一鍋粥.)好的歐美品牌商都要求搞到出口配額的外貿公司找工藝和設備比較先進的有實力的廠來生產自己品牌的童裝。 並且歐美公司的訂單是沒有預付款(訂金)的,一旦因為出口配額或者產品少許的差次,就很有可能造成無法出口,合作的加工廠老闆就會血本無歸。 做歐美單子,可以說工藝要求高,風險大,資金還自己墊付. 如果不是下單的外貿公司睜一隻眼閉一隻眼,默許這些合作加工廠再做些跟單,或者任其差不多的款式立刻搖身一變為:源自於哪國的某個自有品牌來賺錢,加工廠都是不太願意接單的了. 現實就是:歐美原單接單量就相對日韓的少,一批訂單的商的數量和加工童裝數差異決不大,而且流出控制很嚴.不封廠的,也禁止訪客進入廠區,最後還是監督裝船的公司代表來掛吊牌. 我們深圳一個長期合作的工廠的外單尾貨封倉一律是五年!五年後品牌商允許處理,否則,再也別接單了..一個廠一年只做一個牌子生意的多的是. 何苦為了幾票尾貨,去害了一年的生意呢?即便原單能拿的出來,歐碼和美國碼,尺寸太大,我們也是不拿的,就拿專供亞洲市場的貨品,接近中國人的尺碼. 只有零售商批發走了,也能銷得出去的尺碼,我們才做批發. 還有些款式看著很時尚,中國女人敢穿的出去的有幾個呢?量根本也出不多的款式也不進. 歐美原單剩下就很少,尺碼又多不符合中國人的,款式還要琢磨是否走得了量.你說剩餘能批發的會有多少?! 我們敢如大多數批發商大言不慚地說的:常年提供百分百原單正品批發嗎?所以說,我們能批發的多數就是加工原廠的跟單,原廠跟單和其他加工廠的仿單的區別就是工藝! 不要小看仿做的工藝差距,本來就是歐美品牌商考察過的機器設備,工藝水平,生產能力,仿做的細節又一絲不苟,並且往往工藝手段也是按原單給出的工藝手冊一樣,別出心裁不容易仿造. 同樣是品牌的仿貨,大為不同!!!店家不要斤斤計較進價,喔,這一款低了十元二十元.關鍵你要看貨品正不正. 大部分倒閉的小店決不是因為進貨成本增加了些,而是貨源選擇不好. 您若要進外貿國際大品牌的跟單貨.要認清您的優勢在哪裡:在於她的款式更新!她的數量稀少!她的同步每季發布會的時尚! 但也不要以為我們就會提供給你紐約東京品牌專櫃一般高質的衣服.這些專櫃的衣服不是發達國家的中產階級能消費的.它們的成本有多高?!
